All participants attending any event connected with the 2012 NC & SC Conference & Expo must be registered for the event and have paid the registration fee. Liabilities insurance requires every attendee be registered.

No registrations will be accepted after September 1, 2012.

*When you invite your spouse or guest who is NOT an NCAR member, your spouse/guest will receive the special guest rate listed above. This fee will enable your spouse or guest to attend all convention events, except those that require additional fees, such as continuing education courses and optional activities. If your spouse or guest is an NCAR member, both of you should pay the regular registration fee.

**Daily registration includes entire day's activities, except for CE courses and optional events.

Conference Registration Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a full refund, less $50 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received by August 31, 2012. Due to financial and contract obligations associated with meeting space, food and beverage and hotel rooms, no cancellations can be accepted after August 31, 2012 - unless there is a medical emergency. Cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed to NCAR. Cancellations will NOT be taken over the phone. No refunds will be given after August 31, 2012.

Transfer of registrations is not allowed under any circumstances.

All meetings and events to be held at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center unless noted.

Registrant contact information will be supplied to exhibitors at the Expo for the limited purpose of contacting you one time after the trade show, through marketing vehicles approved by NCAR.
