Homes4NC’s newest program – the NC Workforce Housing Specialist certification – educates REALTORS® about the issues surrounding affordable housing and the programs and resources available to help them serve workforce housing buyers. REALTORS® who have been certified through the program can more effectively educate potential home buyers and advocate for workforce housing in their community. Because you must be registered for the NC Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo to attend this optional event, you will receive a registration form in your convention registration confirmation.

Register for continuing education for only $10 per session! This discounted CE registration fee is only available to the first 250 registrants who sign up for each session. The update course will be held in the morning session and the CE elective, "Handling Offers Properly Today", in the afternoon session. Because you must be registered for the NC Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo to attend the continuing education sessions, you will receive a registration form in your convention registration confirmation.

Golf Discounts
Although NCAR is not planning a golf tournament this year, we have secured discounts at four area golf courses for convention attendees who want to play golf. These discounted prices are only good on 9/21/10 and 9/22/10 and include the cart fee but do not include tax. Call 1-800-TEE-OFFS (833-6337) to book your golf game within 48 hours of when you want to play. You must identify yourself as a NC REALTOR® to receive the discounted rate.
