Ripley’s Aquarium is a state of the art facility featuring thousands of beautiful, exotic species of sea life.  Surround yourself by the splendor of the sea while moving through our 330 foot Dangerous Reef Tunnel, pet a stingray, hold a horseshoe crab, and come face-to-face with the largest collection of sharks on the southeast coast.  Ripley’s Aquarium features educational hourly dive shows, and a new interactive exhibit each year; which are complimentary with your ticket. Transportation will be provided.

Homes4NC’s newest program – the NC Workforce Housing Specialist certification – educates REALTORS® about the issues surrounding affordable housing and the programs and resources available to help them serve workforce housing buyers. REALTORS® who have been certified through the program can more effectively educate potential home buyers and advocate for workforce housing in their community. Because you must be registered for the NC Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo to attend this optional event, you will receive a registration form in your convention registration confirmation.

Register for continuing education for only $10 per session! This discounted CE registration fee is only available to the first 250 registrants who sign up for each session. The update course will be held in the morning session and the CE elective, "Handling Offers Properly Today", in the afternoon session. Because you must be registered for the NC Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo to attend the continuing education sessions, you will receive a registration form in your convention registration confirmation.

This RPAC fundraiser is a member talent competition! This event will be held directly following Sunday's opening session. Show us your talent or just come out and support your fellow members! Interested participants can contact David McGowan for more information.

William MangumWilliam Mangum to Host Signing Event
Popular North Carolina artist, William Mangum, has entered into an exciting three-year partnership with the NC REALTORS®. Mangum, affectionately referred to as “North Carolina’s artist” is the state’s best-known and prolific watercolor artist and has completed more than 3,000 pieces of original art. For nearly thirty years, Mangum has celebrated our state through art featuring the North Carolina coast, mountains, historic sites, universities, golf, etc. Beginning with the 2008 Convention in Charlotte, Mangum will create an original piece of art to celebrate the convention location. Special prints will be created as a keepsake for convention attendees and Mangum will host a signing event for the prints in the Expo hall at Convention. Attend the NC REALTORS® 2010 Convention and receive the last of three special prints created for the North Carolina REALTORS®! (Prints available while supplies last.)
